This company did not send my entire order of 300 Collis Curve toothbrushes, overcharged, and advised me that they would refund the overcharge ($197) and send the back-ordered items (76 toothbrushes).The total value of what I am due is $444.99.
The original order was placed in June 2011, the response saying that I would receive the refund and back-ordered items in two to three weeks was in August 2011. Multiple attempts to get a response since then have been ignored.
The company has no phone that is answered by an actual person, it is simply a recording saying that one should email them, which I have done multiple times.This company should be put out of business.
